William Noyes

Cancer Center of North Dakota

Dr. Noyes is a board-certified, radiation oncologist at Cancer Center of North Dakota. He is active in the American Society for Radiation Oncology, the American College of Radiation Oncology and the American Medical Association. Dr. Noyes started Hope Foundation of North Dakota in order to give back to the community in which he lives and works.

Dr. Noyes is a native of Cando, ND, and a graduate of the University of North Dakota’s School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Gundersen Clinic in La Crosse, WI, and his residency in Radiation Oncology at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinic in Madison.

Patients and families appreciate Dr. Noyes’ availability, approachable nature and experience. He focuses on giving clear answers and ensuring everyone understands the treatment process.

He and his wife have two daughters and are happy to live and work in Grand Forks.


Don Kramer

Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota

Don Kramer is a Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota Sales and Account Executive and Certified Health Consultant (CHC) with over 34 years of experience serving Grand Forks and the surrounding counties. Don is also a life member, past president and board member of the Grand Forks Sertoma Club. Don has over 20 years of volunteer service to GF Sunflake Soccer, Greater Grand Forks Soccer Club, Grand Forks Park Board Hockey and the ND Special Olympics. Don has also been active in his local church for many years including serving on the board, committees, teaching and heading up a Capital Building Campaign. Don has served on the board for Northland Rescue Mission and Riverside Christian School.

Other interests of Don's include reading for continual personal growth, being outdoors, bike riding, golf and just about anything that will help others become their best. Don is a devoted husband and father of ten. Don and his wife Carla are also foster care providers for the Grand Forks area.


Ashley DiPuma

Capital Resource Management

Ashley DiPuma is the office manager & a registered sales assistant at Capital Resource Management, LLC in Grand Forks, ND. She joined the Capital Resource Management team in 2010 as an office manager and has taken the opportunity for growth with the company. Ashley became a life insurance agent for the company in 2011, and a registered sales assistant in 2017, after obtaining her Series 6 & 63 Securities Licenses. Ashley is originally from Chicago, and is a graduate of the University of North Dakota with a degree in Psychology. She also serves on the Board of Trustees at the North Dakota Museum of Art & is a member of CVIC's Dream Maker Society.

When she is not working, Ashley spends her free time with her fiancé and their dogs. She enjoys health & fitness, music, traveling, reading, and being outdoors.

Clare Kramer

Program Director - Secretary/Treasurer

Clare is the Social Worker at Cancer Center of North Dakota. A native of Hamilton, Montana, her focus is to connect patients to community resources and patient assistance programs while working as the Secretary/Treasurer of Hope Foundation. Clare manages the Resource Center at CCND which offers programs supporting cancer patients and their families.

Clare graduated with a bachelor's degree in Psychology from UND in December 2017 and joined the CCND and Hope Foundation family in June of 2018. She has previous experience working in the non-profit world and enjoys helping others.

Clare lives in Grand Forks with her husband, Jordan, and their three dogs. She enjoys being outside, health and fitness, and being with friends and family.
